Return Policy

We follow a 90-day return policy, allowing you to request a refund within 90 days of receiving your item.

To initiate a return, reach out to us at hello@labonec.com. Make sure to include your order number and confirm that the product you intend to return is in its original packaging.

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the value of the product(s) you're returning exceeds $50, we recommend using a shipping method with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance for added security.

Please note that our 90-day return policy is valid only once per product and per household; you cannot return the same product twice.

Customers are allowed a maximum of two returns per calendar year.

Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

  • Damages and issues:

Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the items. If you find any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. This will allow us to assess the issue and take the necessary steps to make it right. 

  • Refunds:

Once we receive your return at our designated address (provided upon request), we will carefully verify the contents along with your proof of purchase. Following this, we will send you an email confirming the status of your refund. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for this step.  If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. 

Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have elapsed since the approval of your return and you have not received your refund, please don't hesitate to contact us at hello@labonec.com.
