- Shipping policy:
Upon placing an order, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Our shipping cutoff time is 3 pm EST, and shipments are processed on business days only. Please note that factors such as holidays, significant sales, power outages, server issues, and weather conditions may contribute to shipment delays.
Upon successful order placement, you will receive a confirmation email. In case you do not receive this email, kindly contact us at hello@labonec.com, and a member of our team will assist you promptly.
Once your order is dispatched, an additional email containing your tracking number will be sent to you. Our warehouse pushes tracking numbers when they close each night at 9:30 PM EST, which is when the shipping confirmation emails with tracking information are sent out each evening.
Orders submitted after 3 pm EST on Fridays or during the weekend or National Holidays will be processed in the order they are received on the subsequent business day.
- Shipping Method:
All orders are dispatched using USPS Priority Mail and typically reach their destination within 2-3 business days. Please be aware that certain circumstances beyond our control may impact this delivery timeframe.
Most Labonec orders ship from our warehouse in Kentucky, so shipping times to the East Coast will generally be faster than to the West Coast if both orders use the same shipping method.
